  1.     • 1. conclusion and implementation of the contract for the purchase of Uone brand products (the basis for processing is Art.6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR),
    • determination, investigation or defense against claims related to the purchase of equipment, answering sent questions and implementation of the Administrator’s legitimate interest (the basis for processing is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR), which should be understood as: the possibility of protecting business interests and efficient establishing business contacts, as well as conducting marketing activities (including newsletter), activities via e-mail are conducted based on a separate consent to use the appropriate communication channel (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR),
    • compliance with obligations arising from legal provisions (the basis for processing is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR).

  3. Customers’ personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of the Administrator, including IT service providers, marketing agencies. In connection with the sale of Uone brand products, customer data of the company AT Road sp.z o.o. can be forwarded to the Polish post office and courier companies. The administrator provides data authorized to process data employees.

    • 1. in the event of a purchase contract being carried out, for the period necessary to perform the contract,
    • in the event of any claims, for the period up to the expiry of the limitation periods provided for in the Civil Code,
    • in the case of processing personal data for marketing purposes – until an effective objection has been lodged, to the extent that personal data are processed on the basis of the justified interest of the Administrator,
    • in the case of processing personal data to meet the obligations arising from legal provisions – for the period resulting from these provisions.

You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent expressed before its withdrawal

  6. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you find that the processing of the Employee’s personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
